  MIKRASIATIKO is a white goat’s cheese with a very small amount of sheep’s milk added. A typical hand-made product, small in size, which can be consumed as it is, or roasted in the oven. Following the traditions of our ancestors from Asia Minor, MIKRASIATIKO is made with all the love and care our forefathers would be proud of. Combining the unmistakable tang of green pepper with the old tastes of the Constantinople cuisine, MIKRASIATIKO holds a distinguished place at our daily table
